The Little John has eight en-suite bedrooms on the floors above the pub on Station Road in Hathersage. Rooms are bed and breakfast, parking is free, and most of them are dog friendly. Hathersage station is a two minute walk.

The rooms sit over a working pub, which is the point of staying in one. You are a flight of stairs from a fire, a well-kept pint and dinner, and a two minute walk from a train to Sheffield or Manchester. You are also, at the other end of the day, close enough to Stanage Edge to be up there before most people have left the car park.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom, television, tea and coffee, and fresh towels and linen.

How many bedrooms does The Little John have?

There are eight en-suite bedrooms at The Little John, on the floors above the pub on Station Road in Hathersage.

Do the rooms include breakfast?

Yes. Breakfast is included with every bedroom and is served downstairs in the pub.

Can I bring my dog?

Most of the bedrooms are dog friendly, and dogs are welcome in the bar and the beer garden. Please tell us when you book so we can put you in a room that takes dogs.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from mid-afternoon until 10pm, and check-out is mid-morning. We are not able to check anybody in after 10pm, so if you are coming off a long walk or a long drive, please plan to arrive in good time.
